Tall, fast-growing plants have distinctive purple stems, veining, and flower bracts with lavender blooms and 2" long leaves. Beautiful in casual flower bouquets. The trick is to let it hydrate 24 after cutting it to get through the wilt stage AND keep it OUT of the cooler.
